Astrophotography captivates me as it transports me to the most distant, dark, and extreme locations. This pursuit challenges my skills as a photographer and constantly tests my problem-solving abilities in unpredictable environments. In these moments, I gain perspective on the vastness of the universe and the insignificance of my own existence. The experience instills a sense of relaxation, reminding me that nothing is truly insurmountable. We are here for a mere blink of an eye, hurling through space on a spinning rock, yet we have the unique privilege of grasping both the enormity of the cosmos and the fleeting nature of our time. In this vast expanse, I find a profound connection to something greater, softening the edges of life’s worries.
